Nitrogen Systems
Compact, controllable high force inside the die.
Nitrogen gas springs deliver high, controllable force in a fraction of the space of mechanical springs — and, unlike coil springs, that force can be tuned and equalised across the whole tool. From individual cylinders to fully charged composite systems, IMPEX supplies and supports the Steinel nitrogen range.

What we supply
Nitrogen cylinders
Self-contained gas cylinders giving high, immediate force for blank-holding, stripping and forming.
Composite systems
Cylinders linked into a charged system so force is shared and controlled across the die from one point.
Manifold plates
Charge and connect multiple cylinders together, equalising pressure and letting the system be monitored as one.
